Mid-IR Semiconductor Lasers for Chemical Sensing

چکیده

The development of mid-IR semiconductor diode lasers based on type-I1 interband cascade structures is presented. How these diode lasers can be developed to meet the requirements in chemical sensing applications is discussed.
